Speaking of which, I think it could be nice if we could look around and enjoy some of the hotel offerings together. Which one doesn't really matter to me. I'm available any time, so if that sounds fun to you, we should do that.

[ It's the last message he sends up until their proposed meeting time. What Noé has failed to tell Cipher, however, largely due to not considering that he should tell her, is that he's prone to getting lost and distracted very easily. Given that this is all very new to him, naturally, he arrives after her due to being distracted by the different food stalls. Cipher may see him watching one of the cooks at work before he sees her.
When he does, his eyes widen and he approaches her quickly. How long had he kept her waiting? Hopefully not too long! ]
Cipher! Sorry I'm late, I got a little distracted...
[ She wasn't waiting too long, at least. She got there at their meeting time, dressed in something chill and was just leaning against the wall, tail curling idly behind her as she waited. She spotted Noe before he spotted her though and she tilted her head a little as she watched him get distracted by the cooks at the food stall.
... What a cute little guy.
So when he finally arrives, she just gives a pleased looking smile to him and a shake of her head. ]
You're all good, sweet thing. This is all new to you, isn't it?
It is. I've never seen a place like this before. Much of this has been an adjustment period, actually.
[ Despite how overwhelmed he is, though, he gives her a broad smile when he sees what she's wearing. It's a cute outfit, one that has a modern vibe. He's come to appreciate "simpler" fashion, outfits that require less layers and accessorizing than what he's used to, even if he feels more dapper in his usual attire. ]
You look really nice. [ Just saying! ] I found some cheaper food stalls back there, if you'd like to go take a look? I'm not sure what sort of food it is, other than they're all savory.
[ She's not expecting the compliment and looks a little surprised by it before smiling back in his direction and feeling a little charmed instead. She wonders how different this place is to his home, probably as different as it is for her. She's adjusted fairly quickly but there's still a lot of things about it that catch her off guard.
Nevertheless, she's happy for the company and is going to look past him towards the food stalls before back to him and nodding. She sniffs the air, catching the food on the air with her superior senses and has an inkling of what kind of savory treats are in store for them. ]

(if she's had to help people get used to texting, she's patient enough to not mind the culture differences. plus her being fantasy italian also makes this interesting.)
We'll do sushi then, think that the restaurant in question should have premium made seafood in general.
